RETURNS
- You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to return it without giving any reason.
- Before sending anything, write to info@reporshop.com with your order number; we will tell you how to proceed.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all its seals, well protected for transport.
- Electrical and electronic parts can only be returned if they have not been connected or installed.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Carriage-forward (freight collect) shipments are not accepted.
- Once the product has been received and checked, we refund the amount using the same payment method within 14 days.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT
If the product arrives damaged, is defective or is not the one you ordered, the return costs you nothing: we will send you the correct item or refund the full amount, including shipping costs.
