PROCESSING AND LEAD TIMES
Orders are prepared as soon as payment is confirmed. If the item is in our warehouse in Spain, it ships the same day or the next working day. If it has to be ordered from the supplier, it usually takes about one week; in that case we will let you know by email.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (from dispatch)
- Portugal: 2-4 working days.
- Rest of the European Union: 3-7 working days.
- United Kingdom, Switzerland and rest of Europe: 4-8 working days.
- Rest of the world: 5-12 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
CARRIERS AND DESTINATIONS
We ship with UPS, FedEx and other international express carriers, always with a tracking number. We deliver to Portugal, the rest of Europe and most countries worldwide. For deliveries to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, please order at reparandogranada.com.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart based on the destination and the weight of the order, and include handling and packaging. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order: separate orders cannot be combined.
CUSTOMS (SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION)
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by the authorities or the carrier in the destination country. These amounts are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price or in the shipping costs.
TRACKING
When your order changes to "Shipped" you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you registered, you can check the status in "My account"; if you bought as a guest, use "Track your order" with your order reference and email address.
If you receive a damaged parcel, tell the carrier at the time of delivery and write to us within 24 hours.
