2. Data we process
The data you give us when you register, place an order, contact us or subscribe to the newsletter: name, address, email, phone, tax number if provided, and order history. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe; we do not store it.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Managing orders, shipping, invoicing and after-sales service (performance of the contract).
- Answering your enquiries (consent or legitimate interest).
- Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- Sending you commercial communications only if you subscribe to the newsletter (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
4. Retention
For as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods (generally 6 years). Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data unless legally required. The payment gateway (Stripe), the carriers delivering your order (and, for shipments outside the EU, the customs authorities of the destination country), our web hosting provider and our accountants access the data they need. Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@reporshop.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the data protection authority of your country.

We apply the technical and organisational measures needed to protect your data. The whole website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
